What a wonderful moment.

Heartwarming footage captures the now-viral moment an adorable 2-year-old stops in her tracks, mesmerized by a subway singer crooning the song “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong.

Medeea Plestiu was headed home through the UK’s Westminster Underground Station tunnel with her parents in tow, but came to a halt when she spotted an unidentified busker playing electric guitar and singing Armstrong’s 1967 classic.

“She was absorbed by his music and how he was playing. She was mesmerized. It was a magical moment,” mom Nella Ionescu, 33, who lives in Harrow, northwest London, told SWNS. “Medeea had walked ahead and just stopped in front of him. As soon as we got to him, I started filming.”

When the “talented” musician sees the tot staring in adoration, he switches the lyrics to “wonderful girl,” smiling at the little one.

“It seemed like a special moment for him, too. I think it made his day. Lots of people were just walking by, but his moment with Medeea lasted five minutes,” the proud mama added. “I’m thankful to him for changing the words and making it a personal experience for her. He was really talented too.”

Telling Nella that she’s a “good audience,” the busker fits the little girl’s name into the song. Medeea, not even bothering to applaud or thank the kind man, loses interest once the song finishes and wanders away.

Out of British cash to donate, Nella gave the busker about $2 worth of Romanian currency, her home country, which the musician said he’d pocket to “remember the moment.”

The sweet clip was posted to Instagram earlier this year and has garnered over 12,000 likes, as users flood the comments with kind sentiments.

“I desperately wish that she’ll remember this when she’s older,” one user wrote.

“Aw he made her day, bless her. She is adorable,” another said.

“A beautiful moment in time,” wrote someone else.

Nella now says her daughter insists on listening to the song all the time — even eight months later.

Calling it “her song,” little Medeea, who is jokingly called the “youngest Louis Armstrong fan in the world,” begs her mom to play the tune on repeat.

“I have the song in the car on a USB stick,” Nella said. “She always asks to put on ‘her song’ and sometimes she sings ‘beautiful girl’. She knows most of the words. She sings it with so much heart.”

“We made a memory that will last forever,” she added. “I couldn’t keep this video just myself, I needed to share it.”
